• Cover all landscape, hardscape, and windows.
• Power wash all exterior removing loose paint and debris.
• Sand all areas throughout exterior for a smooth surface.
• Application of undercoat primers.
• Trenching base of stucco.
• Application of silicon acrylic caulking.
• Application of paint.

Interior Painting:

• Coverall flooring and furniture as needed.
• Patch and caulk as needed.
• Prime and paint.
• Two coats minimum applied.
• Spray finishing is available.

Re-stucco:

• Cover all windows, doors, and wood.
• Sandblast old painted stucco areas.
• Apply a color coated stucco to all sandblasted areas.

Hardwood Floor Refinishing:

• Take off 1/8 of top layer for a fresh surface.
• Vac free of all dust.
• Sand floors with 50, 100, and 220 grit paper for a smooth surface.
• Stain if desired to your choice of colors. (color chart available)
• Apply three coats of clear floor polyurethane finish.

Acoustic Removal and Texture

• Cover all flooring and furniture double plastic.
• Remove acoustic ceilings.
• Patch all ceilings.
• Sand all ceilings.
• Apply texture coat (many available) to all ceilings.
• Prime and paint a flat finish.
• Clean up all trash from job site.
